All orders are shipped from Canada with love.
- Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and carrier delays — sometimes your goodies arrive quickly, other times they take a little longer to land at your door.
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its dreamy journey.
Returns & Exchanges
- Because of the nature of our products (personal care items), all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges, even if a product is unopened.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact form]. We’ll make it right for you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
