📦 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are personal-care items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for understanding and for giving your cart a quick review before checkout!
💌 What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! If something isn’t right, email us at dreamsluxuryhairlounge@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number + photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
⏰ How long will shipping take?
We ship from Canada, and timelines vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, and your location. Sometimes your hair goodies arrive quickly, other times they take a little longer to float your way. You’ll get tracking info once your package is sent.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — due to the state of things, we’re currently only shipping within Canada. But don’t worry, we plan to open up international shipping in the future!
🛒 Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Sorry, once an order is placed, it’s final. We can’t cancel, edit, or swap items — so make sure everything in your cart is exactly what you want before checkout.
